Our artisan markets are a vibrant gathering of creatives right on the water at beautiful Alex Headland, where locals and visitors come together to celebrate art, design and handmade craftsmanship.

Whether you’ve lived here forever, just moved in, or are visiting the Sunshine Coast for the first time, it’s a great way to kick off the year with something truly local. Our small-town vibe is relaxed, but the creative energy is strong.

Set by the ocean at Alex, the market is an easy, welcoming space for the whole community — fuel up with a coffee from one of the nearby world-famous cafes, grab something from the BBQ fired up by Alex Community Garden volunteers, and let the kids enjoy one of the two nearby playgrounds for a fun, fuss-free Saturday by the sea.
