You’re invited you to the sixteenth Annual General Meeting of the Community Association on Sunday June 15th from 9.30a.m. until 10.45 am upstairs in the Terrace Room of the Alex Surf Club, who are continuing their great support of our Association.

Our AGM Statutory Business is very quickly concluded, and guest speaker Mal Brough will have a Q & A with our Honorary Members on behalf of the Sunshine Coast 2032 Olympic Committee.

Mal and his family have been residents of the Sunshine Coast for 34 years. As a former federal MP and Minister Mal brings a wealth of knowledge in government relations. His extensive networks across the business sporting and community sectors are a great asset to SC2032. 

Mal is the designated liaison for the Business and Tourism Committees and we’ll hear of the anticipated benefits to Alex and the wider region.
